How to Earn Charter Status
Charter status is applied automatically once you complete the standard onboarding and verification, no separate application.
Complete Your Onboarding
Pass identity verification, provide proof of insurance, and sign the Marketplace Contractor Agreement. This is the only qualification for Charter, no minimum job count.
Set Your Service Location
Enter your business address during onboarding so we can place you in your Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). Charter spots are counted per MSA.
Charter Granted Automatically
If your MSA has open Charter spots (fewer than 100 claimed), your Charter status is applied the moment onboarding completes, no separate application, no waiting period.
Enable Your Public Page & QR
Turn on your public verification page, set your custom vanity URL, and download your Charter QR code for business cards, trucks, and marketing.
