Customer Service Agreement
Effective Date: July 19th, 2026
This Customer Service Agreement governs the relationship between customers and independent contractors when services are requested through the TaskNuts marketplace.
By submitting a service request through TaskNuts, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Independent Contractor Relationship
The customer understands they are hiring an independent contractor.
TaskNuts is a technology marketplace.
TaskNuts is not the contractor.
2. Pricing
The customer approves the displayed price before the request is offered to contractors.
Additional work requires approval.
3. Payment Authorization
Customer authorizes payment. Payment is made through 3rd party payment processor.
4. Property Access
Customer agrees to provide safe access.
Utilities on. Pets secured. Hazards disclosed.
5. Cancellations
References your Cancellation Policy.
6. Change Orders
Contractor does have the right to decline project after review on site. Contractor may request change order for owner review. Contractor does not have to accept a project if pricing does not meet expectations.
7. Satisfaction & Disputes
Customer agrees to notify TaskNuts before initiating chargebacks.
8. Communications
TaskNuts may facilitate communications.
